Job Description
- We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to become case manager in an exciting new project.
- The new role will entail working directly with new clients and our partners in Germany to develop tailor made medical treatment packages that maximize satisfaction and promote cost effectiveness.
- The successful candidate will be accountable for the full patient care cycle. Case manager duties include assessing, planning, implementing, monitoring and evaluating actions required to meet the client’s health and human services needed.
The case manager is the key coordinator between the patient and the Premier Healthcare team in Hamburg, Germany.
Job Requirements
- Fluent in English and Arabic (native) both written and verbal to a high level. Knowledge of German language an advantage, but not essential.
- Doesn’t have to be doctor, but has medical experiences and general medical knowledge/understanding are required.
- The case manager should have real interest in medical care.
- Experiences in an international environment
- Ideally, the candidate did visit western European countries in the past or even did live there before
- Is an excellent communicator (phone, writing and in person). Proactive in communicating in writing and verbal manner. Customer friendly oriented.
- Is a real team-player, but is also able to generate a lot of own-initiatives
- Is able to generate a helicopter-view with respect cultural differences between Arabic and Western European countries.
- Is accepting and able to travel to Germany for at least the agreed training schedule
- Can cope with stress situations very well
- Has knowledge about the medical system in Egypt
- Is willing/able to learn (by e.g. self-study) about medical treatments in Germany and Germany as such.
- Likes to work in a dynamic company and is flexible with standard working times.
- Has good knowledge of general computer skills.
