A fast growing Distribution Company in the field of Perfumes and Cosmetics located in Sheraton, Heliopolis, Egypt; is aspiring to hire a passionate, creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist to handle our social media activities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Participate in deliberate planning and goal setting.
- Participate in development of brand awareness and online reputation.
- Participate in content management.
- SEO (search engine optimization) and generation of inbound traffic.
- Cultivation of leads and sales.
- Communicate the company’s brand in a positive, authentic way what will attract today’s modern, hyper-connected buyers.
- Engage with customers on a daily basis, with the ultimate goal of turning fans into customers.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- 2 to 4 years of experience in the same field.
- Displays in-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, their respective participants (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest etc.) and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios.
- Maintains excellent writing and language skills.
- Demonstrates winning Social Customer Service techniques such as empathy, patience, advocacy and conflict resolution.
