Job Description
- Handling imported spare parts shipments from Vendor delivery to company's Warehouse
- Following customs clearance formalities
- Following with Banks for providing shipping documents
- Updating daily report and proceeding with new shipments system activity on time.
- Handling rejected & re-export shipments (Preparing Commercial invoices, Packing Lists,.etc.) to arrange for the re-export process
- Monitoring LSP's to achieve agreed expected to release shipments date
- Tracking any courier shipments and providing all the required clearance documents
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics or Supply Chain is highly preferable
- 2-4 years of experience in a relevant role
- Very good English language
- Excellent communication skills
