Job Description
- Implementation of preventive maintenance programs
- Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance expense forecasts for maintenance activities and facility renewal
- Prepare and submit summary reports of conditions in buildings and recommend actions to be taken
- Review and understand methods of operation, BMS system, fire/life safety, and other systems
- Comply with all safety procedures and requirements
- Creating maintenance procedures
- Supervising technicians staff
Job Requirements
- Knowledgeable in safety requirements for major turnaround and maintenance activities.
- Bachelors of engineering.
- 3- 5 years of relevant experience is required.
- Skills in developing technical reports.
