Job Description

  • Present and sell all company services to current and potential clients.
  • Follow up on new leads and referrals turning prospects to clients.
  • Responsible for creation and managing monthly and yearly sales plans and targets.
  • Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories under his supervision.
  • Implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
  • Completes national sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results with all the area sales teams.
  • Maintains national sales staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
  • Monitor customer performance, loyalty and satisfaction to measure success, business fluctuation and possible business at risk. Take appropriate corrective action internally and/or with the customer.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree
  • 7 + years proven track record of outside sales experience.
  • Strong relations with clients in various industries.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation Skills.
  • Previous experience in coaching and managing sales teams.
