Job Description
- Present and sell all company services to current and potential clients.
- Follow up on new leads and referrals turning prospects to clients.
- Responsible for creation and managing monthly and yearly sales plans and targets.
- Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories under his supervision.
- Implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
- Completes national sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results with all the area sales teams.
- Maintains national sales staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Monitor customer performance, loyalty and satisfaction to measure success, business fluctuation and possible business at risk. Take appropriate corrective action internally and/or with the customer.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- 7 + years proven track record of outside sales experience.
- Strong relations with clients in various industries.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation Skills.
- Previous experience in coaching and managing sales teams.
