Job Description

Job Responsibilities :

  • Receive payment by cash, debit or credit cards
  • Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to applicants.
  • Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change.
  • Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas.
  • Management Accounting and Reporting.

  • Ensure complete and accurate balance sheet position is maintained, and is supported through balance sheet reconciliations.

  • Draw up monthly financial reports

  • Prepare analysis of accounts as requested

  • Prepare tax computations and returns
  • Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts

  • Manage the correct reporting of costs and revenues through month end analytical review and understanding of the business for both the legal entity and the consolidated basis assist with preparation and coordination of the audit process

Job Requirements

  • Note: Candidates without passport do not apply

  • General Accounting Knowledge of Books Maintaining, Bank Reconciliation

  • Fluent in all type of Data Entries in Tally ERP9 with good typing speed and expert in Excel & Word etc.

The ideal candidate:

  • Should have the passport (Mandatory)
  • Open for Contractual job
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years and above
  • Qualification: Minimum Graduate (with Accounts)
  • Ability to work in a team and with different personalities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines.
  • Good English Communication skills (written and verbal both).
  • Strong decision making skills with good eye for detail.
  • Pleasant attitude with a 'nothing is impossible' mind-set.
  • Good Knowledge of computer and operational MS Office knowledge.
  • Multitasking, sincere, mature, confident
