Job Description
- Receive requests from Healthcare providers (Hospitals, Labs, Scan centers, pharmacies…) and reply with the appropriate decision - whether approved or rejected - according to policy and table of benefits and exclusions using my medical background.
- Assist customers who have specific inquiries like coverage questions, network location and medical questions.

- Good English
- Good user of MS-Excel
- Medical previous experiences (customer services or receptionist) is a PLUS
