Job Description

    Main Duties:

    • Manage MD office schedule by maintaining calendars, arrange meetings, conferences, make travel arrangements, etc.
    • Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondences phone calls, letters, emails, etc.
    • Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.
    • Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management database systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.
    • Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as requested.
    • Performs any other related duties and tasks as required.

    Job Requirements

    • Females Only
    • Bachelor's Degree in business administration or any other relevant discipline.
    • Proven work experience as secretary or similar administrative role.
    • Excellent proficiency in MS office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
    • In depth knowledge of office management and basic accounting procedures.
    • Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.
    • High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability.
    • Highly proactive and result oriented.
