Main Duties:
- Manage MD office schedule by maintaining calendars, arrange meetings, conferences, make travel arrangements, etc.
- Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondences phone calls, letters, emails, etc.
- Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.
- Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management database systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.
- Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as requested.
- Performs any other related duties and tasks as required.
Job Requirements
- Females Only
- Bachelor's Degree in business administration or any other relevant discipline.
- Proven work experience as secretary or similar administrative role.
- Excellent proficiency in MS office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- In depth knowledge of office management and basic accounting procedures.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.
- High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability.
- Highly proactive and result oriented.
