Job Description
- Installation and configuration of Amoun business applications on client machines.
- Provide Training for applications related to Field Force.
- Provide technical support for business application users and coordinate 2nd level business application support tickets.
- Participate in generation of BT policies and procedures related to Business Applications.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science with minimum 2 years of experience, preferably in a multinational environment.
- MCSA and MCDBA are an asset.
- Proven experience in installing and supporting client-server and web-based applications.
- Good knowledge of application development techniques.
- Creative, problem solver and effective team player who is innovative, proactive with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Has the ability to work effectively in cross functional teams
