Job Description
- Manage performance of the project including management of contractual concerns, profits and losses, progress of work, quality and safety. Assemble and supervise the project teams, direct preparation and update project budget.
- Act as the link between the Head Office management and the Site to ensure that the different functions in the Head Office are correctly applied in the project.
- Develop the project organization chart and define the project team members.
- Ensure professional development and perform periodic performance appraisals for team heads.
- Conduct periodic meetings.
- Conduct regular meetings to follow up on safety issues, site progress, and quality and cost performance.
- Follow up project time program.
- Responsible for all monthly payment, claims, invoices, etc.
- Responsible for all correspondences with the client/owner.
- Ensure project quality and safety measures.
- Follow up on procurement and material activities (coordinate with the head office if needed).
- Responsible for all the correspondences with the engineer/consultant .
- Ensure proper execution of contracts with the client, subcontractors and consultants.
- Provide final approval for subcontract agreements related to site activities .
- Responsible for the project closeout reports.
Job Requirements
- Engineering bachelor degree.
