Job Description
- Ensure that the branch is achieving the sales objectives on a daily basis and take corrective actions if not.
- Follow-up instructions and ensures that the operating procedures are tracked within the branch.
- Ensuring that service within the branch is carried out according to the standards.
- Ensure the implementation of training programs for the branch team, as well as, the training evaluation.
- Ensure that production orders are reasonable and consistent with the sales regulations
- Follow-up the quality of the delivery service and ensure that they achieve the selling objectives
- Conduct analytical sales reports on new products and submit them to management
- Provide a monthly work plan for the branch team and review the results of selling each month and compare them with the targets
Job Requirements
- From 4 to 8 years of experience in hospitality and/or restaurants management.
- Gender : Male.
- Graduation certificates from any reputable university.
- Excellent Communication& interpersonal skills.
- Maximum Age :35 years
