Job Description

We are looking for a high-performing Professional IT Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. He will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
  • Manages objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services.
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
  • Collaborate with team to achieve better results.
  • Handling and Follow up the customers’ issues.
  • Identify, appropriately escalate, and ensure resolution of issues

Job Requirements

  • University Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, communication or related field.
  • Successful previous experience as a sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
  • Proven experience as a sales executive or relevant role.
  • Excellent communication skill.
  • Excellent Negotiation skill.
  • Good Personality, energetic and work under target stress.
  • Multi Task Person.
  • Years of experience: Not less than 7 years.
  • Proficiency in English
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
