Position Summary
- Interactive Art Directors obsess over how to both design and execute innovative digital experiences.
- They know which design principles will work for best-in-class brand, interactive, mobile, and web experiences and they can sell their concepts to management.
- They’re responsible for leading a team of designers, photographers, and other production specialists to successfully translate concepts into leading-edge interactive experiences.
Main Duties
- Lead the development and execution of creative concepts and style guides that adhere to brand standards.
- Manage teams to deliver outstanding interactive visual products.
- Ensure the usability, consistency, brand relevance, and functionality of the finished product.
- Create compelling online consumer experience that drive business results.
Job Requirements
- Not less than 7 years of relevant work experience.
- Possess a killer portfolio with variety of industries and deliverables represented.
- Proficiency in the latest Adobe Creative Suite, development tools, motion development, and ActionScript.
- Strong understanding of multimedia design and experience building files for both print and digital.
- Have the ability to manage multiple projects and remain flexible through multiple revisions.
- Demonstrate solid project management skills
