Job Description
Position Summary:
Responsible for overall management of an account team assigned to a specific plan, project or client. He/ She provides effective direction to ensure that AWstreams is properly managing client expectations.
Main Duties:
- Building client relationships at a strategic and operational level through client contact
- Actively seeking out opportunities to develop incremental business with key clients
- Verbal and written briefing of client requirements back to the agency team
- Management of client and project budgets
- Implement the business plan and deliver the achievement of volume and sales objectives
- Analyze the Digital market business and monitor the sales and brand strategy
- Reviews/ develops all creative brief and business objectives for the engagements in which they are involved to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met and exceeded
- Works closely with the project teams to maintain the institutional knowledge of the client accounts
- Make sure overall client objectives are being met and identify potential issues
- Building and maintaining excellent client relationships
Job Requirements
- A minimum of 2 to 3 years of account management experience
- Digital background is a must
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
- Listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
