Pharmaceutical Technical Manager

Areas of supervision:

• Production (TOLL) Department.
• R&D Department.
• Quality Department.
• Registration Department.
• Supply chain Department.

Job responsibilities:

• Setting of short and long terms strategies, policies and goals for technical departments.
• Monitoring the Operations performance against pre-set performance goals to ensure that progress is being made in the desirable direction and preventive /corrective actions are taken accordingly.
• Co-ordinate with functions Managers within the operations function to ensure smooth flow of information and timely deliveries of requirements.
• Providing operational and technical direction with regards to the various aspects and phases of the production processes to ensure professional and timely execution of the production processes within the allocated resources and budgets.
• international inspections and comply with GMPs
• Ensuring the proper provision of operational requirements to production plans.
• Continuously monitoring and evaluating the efficiency and effectiveness of the implemented methods and procedures.
• Evaluating and taking the decisions concerning the procurement function to meet the quality of materials and their delivery requirements
• Disseminating instructions, circulars and information, in addition to issuing administrative, organizational and technical decisions necessary to fulfill endorsed plans and executive programs.
• Specifying manpower requirements according to the applied recruitment and selection and manpower planning practices.
• Recommending appropriate training courses as per the pre-determined needs, evaluating their effectiveness, and monitoring their results.
• Carrying out performance appraisals for subordinates according to planned schedules.
