Job Description
To manage the maintenance team, including but not limited to, carpenter, technicians, Plumbers, Electromechanic etc.
- Manage team schedules
- Vendor management related to maintenance supplies including personally buying necessary materials
- Field visits to all Khalil branches to view maintenance problems
- Complete daily, weekly and monthly reports
- To monitor maintenance budget
