Job Description
- To effectively carry out duties assigned in a timely, accurate manner. Duties assigned can include any of the following responsibilities : Receivables accounting - Payables accounting and cash management
- Responsible to ensure timely processing and recording of all invoices received, create entries, issue payments, reconcile open payables, maintain accounting records and accurate allocation to accounts.
- Prepare and support month-end and year-end close process.
- Record business transactions and key daily worksheets to the general ledger system.
- Update all transactions in the accounting system and proceeds to the allocation of expenses to the respective cost center, so as to enable the continuous follow-up of budget execution
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of work experience in general accounting role
- Bachelors of accounting/commerce
- Knowledge of MS Office solutions (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of ERP system (accounting Software)
- Must speak fluent English and Arabic
- Must be reliable and dedicated.
