Job Description
Working in close coordination with our partner PACAmerica, USFAAF is hiring experienced Real Estate Sales Agents with a proven track record who can work with high tier clients and investors of different nationalities.
Requirements
- Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking.
- Generate lists of properties that are compatible with buyers' needs and financial resources.
- Coordinate appointments to show plans to prospective buyers.
- Answer clients' questions regarding construction work, financing, maintenance, repairs, and appraisals.
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices and related matters.
- Present purchase offers to sellers for consideration.
- Prepare documents such as contracts and purchase agreements.
- Coordinate property closings.
- Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.
- Managing one's own time and the time of others.
- Bringing others together and trying to reconcile differences.
- Adjusting actions in relation to others' actions.
- Actively looking for ways to help people.
- Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
- Determining how money will be spent to get the work done, and accounting for these expenditures.
Job Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience working as a Real Estate Agent.
- Mastery of English and Arabic languages.
- Valid passport and willing to work abroad if needed.
