Job Description
Main Duties:
- Assigned and responsible in coordination with his/her assigned superior for the following segments/markets ( Tour & Travel and or Corporate )
- Responsible in handling his/her assigned accounts and contacts for the whole area and his/her assigned hotels.
- Follows and carries out set objectives and strategies according to the Regional- and Hotel Sales & Marketing Plan to achieve targeted budget and average room rate and/or advised by his/her superior.
- Generates new potential accounts, in order to achieve room budget and targeted average room rate in coordination with his superior.
- Achieve (a) budgeted revenues on key accounts and (b) conversion of
- key prospects through the preparation and execution of action plans.
- Maintain close relation with decision makers in own file load
- Maintain accurate records for all activities from his / her file load
- Close monitor to own file load development / productivity
- Updates regularly the Data Base
- Works closely with his/her superior in analyzing all markets and provides feedback about any new market trends to his/her superior and to the hotels.
- Attends well prepared /equipped functions and sales visits as assigned and represents the Tirana City Hotels & Resorts chain on such occasions.
- Maintains a sales call pattern within the designated areas of responsibility averaging 25 calls per week for corporate accounts.
- Responsible that daily routine work runs smoothly (sending out faxes, offers, singing contracts with confirmation of his/her superior and ensures that copies are forwarded to hotels).
- Monitors own accounts and monthly productivities and report back to director of sales & Marketing.
