Job Description

  • Maintain executives agenda and assist in planning  appointments , board meetings , conferences etc.
  • Attend meetings and keep minutes .
  • Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate.
  • Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail , letters , packages etc )
  • Make travel arrangements for executives .
  • Work is 6 days a week from 8:30 till 4:30

Job Requirements

  • 1-3 years of Experience 
  • Ability to use a desktop computer and office suite software
  • Excellent command of English
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
