Job Description
- Maintain executives agenda and assist in planning appointments , board meetings , conferences etc.
- Attend meetings and keep minutes .
- Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate.
- Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail , letters , packages etc )
- Make travel arrangements for executives .
- Work is 6 days a week from 8:30 till 4:30
Job Requirements
- 1-3 years of Experience
- Ability to use a desktop computer and office suite software
- Excellent command of English
- Strong time management and organizational skills
