Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
- Management of web/telephone and email based inquiries.
- Assess Current or future customer and business needs and priorities through communicating directly with customers and cross-functional employees.
- Prepare proposals, form, contracts & agreement to fulfill customers’ requirements.
- Undertake desk based research to support Business Development Team.
- Contact prospective and current customers to explain available services.
- Research for new investment projects in co-operation with the Marketing Specialist.
- Assist in the development and maintaining of priority sectors and market trends.
- Support business development team in general business development activity and meeting.
- Develop a network of operational contact that will support the business development team.
- Provide support in maintaining the company CRM system, completing visit report system on behalf of the team.
- If directed, provide sales support on behalf of Business Development Managers.
- Adopt a co-operative and positive style of working with partner organization.
- Assist the Business Development Manager to manage the team performance and development of subordinates.

- University degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
