Job Description
- Create and update job analysis, job descriptions and job specifications according to each position.
- Develop methods for data file formatting, data analysis methodologies, and management reporting.
- Create competency models.
- Talk with management to identify specific work situations requiring employees to better understand changes in policies, procedures, regulations, and technologies.
- Create standards for the desired individual or group performance.
- Develop methods of measuring if the performance management is aligning with the organizational goals.
- Diagnose and assess the organization’s current state and discover ways to solve problems, meet challenges, or enhance performance
- Recommend training and development systems. Any other tasks are assigned
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree
- Applying for Males only
- At least two years experience in the OD Field.
- Extensive Knowledge of the OD and best practices.
- HR Certificate is highly recommended.
- Excellent Communication & Interpersonal skills.
- Excellent Analytical and problem-solving manners skills.
- Excellent Strategic Thinking skills.
- Ability to identify organizational gaps and creating best solving manners.
