Tasks:
- Follow up with the General manager action plans, projects timelines, schedules.
- Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information
- Plan meetings and take detailed minutes.
- Organize and schedule appointments.
- Write and distribute emails, letters and forms.
- Search and collect information for the projects related issues.
- Support the GM day to day operations activities.
- Write projects progress reports, and follow up with other employee’s reports.
- Oversee and direct daily company administrative processes and procedures.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Qualifications and skills:
- Bachelor degree in Business management or related field.
- Good spoken and written Arabic and English.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good skills in business writing and emails.
- Have good organizational skills.
- Flexible working hours.
- Excellent in Microsoft Office, specially Excel.
