Job Description
- Design and implement Dynamics CRM product
- Create/modify workflows, plugins, and custom ASP.NET code.
- Design, code, test program or CRM application modules that meet Architecture Blueprint specification
- Participate in execution and documentation of tests ensuring that an application or architecture meets agreed Quality standards
- Assist in the integration of application components
- Close cooperation with client teams and follow up business requirements
- Provide support and development for Microsoft CRM.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot application issues (production, test and QA)
- Participate in each stage of the SDLC model using best practices, project methodology, and change management systems.
- Produce accurate development and testing documentation for assigned projects.
- Coordinate and collaborate with IT, business unit and vendor resources to effectively deploy solutions.
- Manage compatibility of application with environment.
- Perform screen modifications and other system configurations.
- Collaborate with other software developers, business analysts, software architects and IT professionals to implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.
- Develop and maintain a platform roadmap.
- Customize the system to meet the business needs of the company.
- Integrate existing systems and services into the CRM architecture.
- Assist with deployment and provisioning activities
Job Requirements
- Experience with developing, deploying, customizing and integrating Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Knowledge in installing and deploying CRM Organizations
- Knowledge in customizing and creating CRM entities
- Knowledge in understanding and implementing business workflows and processes
- Knowledge in using the either the CRM SDK or plugin platforms.
- Knowledge with Microsoft .NET 3.5+ development using C#
- Excellent knowledge with JavaScript
- Experience with source control management systems and continuous integration/deployment environments
- Internally motivated, able to work proficiently both independently and in a team environment
- Communication skills with both internal team members and external business stakeholders
- Strong initiative to find ways to improve product, systems, and processe.
- Experience with supporting Microsoft products (SQL Server, SharePoint, IIS, Lync) is a plus
- Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) for Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a plus
- Working on an agile development team.
