Job Description
- Manage a team of Public Relations Specialist.
- Monitor Orders in real time & Team Performance.
- Motivate and encourage agents through positive communication and feedback.
- Prepare monthly/annual results and performance reports.
- Anticipate escalation and take over calls when needed.
- Maintaining and developing relationships with customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.
- Responding to incoming email and phone inquiries.
- Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets.
- Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues.
- Continually seeks opportunities to increase Sales / Customer Satisfaction and deepen relationships.
- Coordinate all public relations activities.
- Completes sales operational requirements by scheduling, assigning and supervising the team following up on daily operations.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Maintains the Team by orienting and training them.
- Ensures targets and objectives are achieved.
- Any other work related duties & responsibilities.
Job Requirements
- Brilliant communication and interpersonal skills, for dealing with many types of people at all levels.
- Strong leadership skills, including effective time management, prioritizing and delegation.
- Knowledge of business and management principles and practices preferred.
- Problem-Solving Skills
- Very Good knowledge of MS Excel skills, Outlook & English
- Preferred to be living at Maadi, Nasr City, New Cairo
