Job Description
Main Duties:
- Reviews, analyzes and checks payroll forms and reports for accuracy and makes necessary adjustments or corrections.
- Creates and maintains payroll account codes
- Processes payroll distribution, direct deposit and retro-expenditure transfers
- Sets up and reconciles voluntary payroll deductions, prepares reports.
- Completes appropriate forms for Salaries payouts and adjustments or to correct or
balance a special situation. - Compiles and analyzes payroll data, makes recommendations and determinations and
prepares related reports. - Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports required by law
- Provide ongoing customer service support to management and employees on all benefits, options, questions and requests for support. Handle all inquiries, discrepancies and complaints promptly and professionally
