Main Responsibilities and Duties:
- Build a good Rapport with Clients over the phone.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints.
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle customer and service inquiries.
- Manage customers' accounts.
- Follow up on customer interaction.

- Now work with a salary 3800 and 1175 for KPIs as a full timer.
Working Conditions:
- 5 working days and 2 days off "Rotational"
- 9 working hours " Rotational" and 1 hour break.
- The last shift for girls ends at 11.
- Work Location: 6th of October.
