Job Description
- Prepare journal entries.
- Complete general ledger operations.
- Post revenues by verifying and entering transactions, generate and send out invoices.
- Perform financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording data.
- Prepare customer statements, bills and invoices, and reconcile expenses to the general ledger
- Follow up collections and allocate it.
- Perform account reconciliations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree of commerce (Accounting Major)
- High proficiency in English both oral & written.
- Previous experience in Receivables / Payables Accounting
- proficiency in using Ms. Excel (Good spreadsheet and database skills)
- Attention to detail, accuracy, problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to manage and meet competing deadlines
