Job Description
- Given different tools and a quarterly expenditure budget, delivers 200 recruits on a monthly basis.
- Manages a team of 4-5 internal and external recruiters.
- Develops and maintains the recruitment process in the organization (including recruitment measurements & regular reporting)
- Builds a quality relationship with the internal customers and external recruitment agencies
- Incentives & develops recruiters consistently.
- Manages his own sources/ pools for recruitment offices.
- Monitors and constantly optimizes the costs of the recruitment process
- Conducts job interviews for the job positions below managerial level.
- Monitors the labor legislation and implements required changes to keep the process compliant
- Acts as a single point of contact for managers regarding recruitment topics
- Conducts one-on-one meetings with HR Recruiters and line managers
Job Requirements
- From 5 years of experience.
