Business Development Manager with entrepreneurship spirit and proven sales experience in the industrial manufacturing sector. This role will have significant responsibility and impact on current and future business through face to face engagement with new and existing clients. Responsible for cross selling and managing customer accounts for all services. Works in a collaborative manner with responsibility for achieving own targets and that of the overall business unit.
Identify and develop new commercial opportunities to broaden our remit within the defined areas of responsibility
Develop , establish and maintain relationships with clients for repeat business
Regularly gathers and analyzes business, market and competitor information and supports the development of the strategic marketing plan.
Ensure sufficient sales activity, territory coverage and future prospect development to achieve individual set financial targets.
Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
Bachelor degree of Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, MBA is a plus.
It is a must to have 3+ years Sales
Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Sales Engineer or Key Account Manager.
Proven sales experience in the industrial manufacturing sector.
Good network of contacts in the industrial manufacturing sector.
Knowledge of the applications in the automotive and general assembly industries is a great plus (including tiers 1 & 2)
Value added sales approach
Must be proactive, results-driven and have a high ambition to succeed.
Self-tasking and an ability to work with minimal supervision.
Good command of English and Arabic Language.
