- Responsible for all daily communications & handling incoming mails,
- Faxes, receiving and direct calls and telephone messages.
- Set up and maintain filing systems & keeping confidential documents.
- Writing contracts, letters and interior memos.
- Preparing minutes of meeting.
- Sort and distribute boasts, incoming & outgoing correspondence. &
- Undertake any other duties as request.
- Arranging appointments, office operations, visas, booking flight tickets
- & hotels.
- Maintain office supplies inventory.
