Job Description
- Control the design process and different consultants through the pre-concept, concept, scheme & detailed design stages including full design for the assigned projects by collaboration of concerned parties.
- Prepare design brief, technical aspects for requests for proposals (RFP's), studies for user requirements, technical aspects, site conditions, planning, design and building in use etc. as necessary; and given appraisals and recommendations for assigned project
- Coach Store Managers to use commercial information effectively
- Review Galleria40 retail stores and precinct, designs and ensure all in line with Galleria40 design criteria and as per the latest retail design trends.
Job Requirements
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
- B.Sc. in Architecture/ Professional Qualification in Architectural and Retail Design.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 1-3 years Retail Architecture/Design Experience in /Retail /Malls
- Full ability to design,design of shopping malls and full understanding of shopping malls design principals, customer circulations... etc.
- Full understanding of construction methods, building regulations and standards.
- Knowledge of latest shopping mall models and retail format
