Job Description

  • Organizing Chairman weekly and monthly schedule, meeting arrangements, keeping files orderly, documentation and archiving documents.
  • Co-ordinate all transportation required for business and personal purposes. and handling hotel reservations through the travel agencies, hotel accommodations, issuing tickets.
  • Administrative duties: interdepartmental communication and reporting, preparation of outgoing documents.
  • Organizing meetings, presentations &keeping meeting minutes

Job Requirements

  • Well educated, (AUC, GUC, BUE, MIU) graduates will be an advantage.
  • Presentable (preferred Unveiled)
  • Experience: min 2 years in PA position and/ or in Administrative position or relevant field.
  • Excellent inter-personal and communication skills
  • Proven experience in office management and strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Business Communication
  • Ability to be flexible in working hours
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Excellent Computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Internet, etc.).
  • Maximum 30 years old.
