Job Description
- Organizing Chairman weekly and monthly schedule, meeting arrangements, keeping files orderly, documentation and archiving documents.
- Co-ordinate all transportation required for business and personal purposes. and handling hotel reservations through the travel agencies, hotel accommodations, issuing tickets.
- Administrative duties: interdepartmental communication and reporting, preparation of outgoing documents.
- Organizing meetings, presentations &keeping meeting minutes
Job Requirements
- Well educated, (AUC, GUC, BUE, MIU) graduates will be an advantage.
- Presentable (preferred Unveiled)
- Experience: min 2 years in PA position and/ or in Administrative position or relevant field.
- Excellent inter-personal and communication skills
- Proven experience in office management and strong administrative and organizational skills
- Business Communication
- Ability to be flexible in working hours
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Excellent Computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Internet, etc.).
- Maximum 30 years old.
