Job Description:
- Overseeing the executive structure of the company's projects and coordinating them to complete the projects within the specified dates
- Develop annual plans for the needs of the institution of machinery, equipment, raw materials, spare parts and technical personnel trained.
- Full supervision of all projects and work sites of the company and follow-up progress in terms of efficiency and duration.
- Participate in the selection of engineers and technicians who need to work in the projects of the company.
- Analytical comparisons of projects at the level of each project item with the actual estimate and study deviations and their causes in coordination with the Director of Engineering Department
Job Requirements
- High Qualifications of Bachelor (Civil Engineering /architectural )
- Experience in Project management 7+ Years ( Contracting - Real estate investment )
- Specialized courses in project management ( PMP )
- Courses in engineering programs (design - time programs)
- Computer Skills / English Language
- Ability to supervise and guidance
- Accommodation Alexandria / Elbehira
- Prefer driving license
