Job Description
- Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes.
- Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations.
- Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with government officials, and professional personnel and represent management before employee groups.
- Administer, control, and monitor any departmental or company legal issues with the legal advisor.
- Create and maintain effective internal controls for equipment inventory.
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints.
- Oversee maintenance activities (company cars, equipment…etc.), facilities services and craftsmen (e.g. electricians, plumbers…etc.)
- Manage company cars’ routes from and to company location.
