Job Description

  • Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes.
  • Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations.
  • Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with government officials, and professional personnel and represent management before employee groups.
  • Administer, control, and monitor any departmental or company legal issues with the legal advisor.
  • Create and maintain effective internal controls for equipment inventory.
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints.
  • Oversee maintenance activities (company cars, equipment…etc.), facilities services and craftsmen (e.g. electricians, plumbers…etc.)
  • Manage company cars’ routes from and to company location.
