Job Description
- Leading a team of supervisors and technicians and Sub –Contractors.
- Monitor energy consumption and implement methods to reduce it.
- Manage Utilities cost on a month-to-month basis to insure compliance to annual operating plan commitments.
- Follow up the Preventive and Corrective maintenance activities for all the utilities equipment’s (Firefighting system, Air Compressors, Dryers, Compressed Air Pipelines, Water screw Chillers, Centrifugal Water pumps, Chilled Water Pipelines, Industrial air conditioning, Diesel &Electric forklifts, power distribution and factory lighting, Automatic Roll up Doors)
- Follow up maintenance of all the buildings which includes (Air Conditioners, Civil Works, Lightings)
- Responsible for Team compliance with all corporate safety and environmental policies and procedures.
- Implement a fully automatic control and remote monitoring system for all utilities equipment.
- Design Ventilation systems for production halls (Selection of supply and exhaust fans according to the standard ac/h)
- Improve machines internal ventilation systems inside production area.
- Deliver and maintain superior safety and environmental performance through engaged team members with high compliance to KPIs. Key indicators are Hazard Recognition/Elimination, active engagement in 5S/Housekeeping progress, Leadership audits, and Permit Compliance, Near Misses, First Aids, and Recordable injuries.
- Ensure that all employees understand and follow standard operating procedures, plant operation and equipment; enforce all plant rules and regulations.
- Develop team members by teaching, coaching and mentoring.
- Actively participate on the Corporate Energy Excellence team.
- Development and execution of strategic and capital planning to maintain capacity, improve efficiency and improve productivity.
- Implement and direct improvement projects to enhance Utilities reliability, maintainability, profitability and safe operations.
- Monitor established performance indicators, including variance reports, production reports, quality reports, injury reports, equipment utilization reports and overtime performance.
- Lead investigations using DMAIC principles and techniques to drive to root cause.
Job Requirements
- 2-3 Years Experiences in Same field
- Able to converse and writing clearly, positively and professionally in English.
- Good communication & negations skills
- Food industry background
- Bachelor in Engineering (Electrical)
