Job Description

  • Develop audit plans and approve them from the Accounts Manager and follow up their implementation
  • Review and verify all financial and accounting statements submitted by the company
  • Data collection and analysis to detect inadequate controls, duplication of efforts, or non-compliance with laws, regulations, policies and procedures.
  • Maintains the company's budget and verifies the existence of all expenses according to the budget at the level of each department / sector
  • Review the salaries of the company and the final approval of the bank and transfer of employee benefits.
  • Examination of accounting books and accounting systems for efficiency and effectiveness, and the use of accepted accounting procedures for recording transactions.
  • Participates in the review of employment settlement and the Social Insurance Authority
  • Implements a system to review all pre-disbursement documentation
  • Perform post-disbursement audit and make the required approvals
  • Review the supplies and verify the validity of the purchase invoices and additions to the actual balances in the stores
  • Review invoices and purchases and compare items and prices.
  • Reviewing the letters of import and foreign suppliers in terms of values of bills compared to the permissions to add stores and ensure the complete liquidation of the accounts of foreign suppliers and complete the liquidation of the accounts of consignees and shipping companies and the interest of customs and sales taxes and the cost of the final message.
  • Reviewing bank reconciliations, cash collections and deposit operations in safes or banks.
  • Prepare, analyze, and verify annual reports, financial statements, and other records, using accepted accounting and statistical procedures to assess the financial situation and facilitate financial planning.
  • Prepare monthly expense reports according to cost centers.
  • Consider any technical problem that may arise during work and work to resolve it with reference to the account manager.
  • Submit periodic reports to the Accounts Manager on a regular basis in accordance with the procedures adopted by the company.

Job Requirements

  • Must have a high technical qualification appropriate - Faculty of Commerce - Accounting Department
  • Have experience of more than 5 years at work.
  • English: Good and at least knowledge of technical terms of the job
  • Computer: proficiency - Microsoft Office software skills and skills to deal with the electronic program of its management
  • Certificate based on the requirements of the Egyptian accounting systems and certified in the preparation of financial center reports and income statement and budget reports and analysis of the performance / efficiency of the company knowledge and certified in the development, follow-up and analysis of the estimated budget
