Job Description
A Sales Manager has next primary responsibilities:
- Set a sales plan for new leads from B2B.
- Leading & following up with his sales staff.
- Dealing with decision makers in medium & large business.
When it comes to generating leads, day-to-day duties typically include:
- Researching organizations online to identify new leads and potential new markets
- Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing
- Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
- Submits B2B sales activity and forecast reports to CEO; provides briefings to CEO as necessary or as requested.
When it comes to the challenge of actually selling, other typical duties include:
- Provide recruiting & selecting cycle to build his team with the HR.
- Allocating tasks to staff
- Ensuring the performance of the staff is a high standard
- Achieving the whole team monthly sales target (B2B and consumer)
- Responsible for handling clients visits at different sites with his team.
- Developing quotes and proposals.
- Developing sales goals and ensuring they are met
- Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, purchase orders etc.
- Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
- Organizing training & coaching
- Carrying out performance reviews
- Operate at all times with the highest standards of personal integrity
- Assign other duties upon requests
Job Requirements
- Bachelors in Commerce, Sales & Marketing related degree.
- Required experience: minimum 5-8 years in Telecommunication, Banking, insurance, transportation.
- Manages a team of minimum 3 agents to reach their monthly targets
- Experience in Transportation field is a preferable
- Excellent in English.
- Excellent communications skills.
- Excellent negotiations skills.
- Sales-oriented.
- Results-driven.
- Ability to work independently with solid time-management and organization skills.
- Preferably residents of Maadi.
