Job Description
- Analyze the received user issue/problem to identify whether it is a setup problem or a program bug and presenting alternative solutions’.
- Accurately define the issue/problem to the developer team to ensure effective solution.
- Test any project or issue with user and create a test case to ensure satisfied user.
- Generate internal reports to departments to ensure smooth working operations.
- Attend new projects meetings in coordination with development team to ensure fully understanding of all project requirements and cycle.
- Follow up with PM/developers to ensure finalizing the testing phase to guarantee proper support and project/issue delivery to users
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, computer science or faculty of science computer division is more preferable.
- 0-1 years’ experience in the support function.
- SQL Statement knowledge is more preferable.
