Job Description

  • Responsible for the attendance management, hiring documents and assisting direct manager in payroll activities for all employees.
  • Follow up and guide completion of hiring documents and the medical check for new employees.
  • Notify concerned labor office of hired employees , Deal with Social insurance office if required
  • Log the daily attendance for all employees and classify deductions and overtime.
  • Coordinate with project manager regarding obtaining the attendance logs on site.
  • Assist in Compensation and benefits activities.
  • Assist in recruitment process specially blue collars.
  • Prepare monthly variables ( Transfers, Hiring, Resignations ) of many projects.

Job Requirements

  • University Degree
  • Min. 1 year of experience in the same position.
  • Ability for organizing and planning.
  • Awareness of labor law
  • Computer knowledge specially MS Office.
