Job Description
- Support the new hiring employees with orientation program, preparing the draft contract, bank accounts, and email address.
- Keep on daily bases the staff attendance, and report it to the concerned Managers, including the staff vacations & vacation balances.
- Control and keeping on the company rules & procedures.
- Preparing the analysis of the annual performance appraisal
- Arranging the dates and times of the interview with the HOD, the H R Manager and the General Manager
- Prepare the list of the employees are in probation period and the end of contract and handle it with the General Manager.
- Responsible for the staff uniform , ordering the Purchasing Request, sizes taking , and follow up with the supplier
- Preparing the monthly staff salaries & commission.
- Finalize all legal documentation upon staff resignation accompanied by the turn over report at the end of the month.
- Keep the staff documentation archived as soft copy in the HR system and hard copy in the H R archive.
- Check and Update the payroll HR system from time to time.
Job Requirements
- Years of experience: 5 years
- Experienced with: Labor Law and HR regular work.
- Courses Required: HR Diploma / MBA.
- Languages: Excellent English language
- Skills: high level of computer skills, Communication Skills, Negotiation Skills.
