Job Description
- Co-ordinate sampling requested from buyer with sample room & stores
- Following up the approvals of Samples with buyers to maintain getting ready before PCD
- Downloading P.O’s from Buyer’s System in daily basis
- Provide tech packs to IE Dpts to get the SMV & Thread Consumption
- Provide Sampling Team Pattern & Tech Packs to get the Fabric / Pocketing Consumptions.
- Following up the arrival Flow of fabric & trims into stores on time to meet the PCD
- Creating a file system including all trims / Tech packs for each style by coordinating with Trims / Fabric
- Provide Approved Sample & System File to all concerned Dpt. Before PCD.
- Attend all PP Meetings with all concerned Dpts before Production start.
- Creating Purchase orders in SAP
- Updating WIP of all Buyers in Daily Basis
- Creating all PL to be ready for the booking of all shipments with Vaxim
- Creating Packing Instructions and provide to all concerned dpts .
- Provide the final approval on one garment packed to ensure all packing instructions followed properly.
- Monitoring Packing Dpt. In daily basis to ensure orders getting packed and ready for FI on time
- Creating final PL once packing processes has been completed and provide to Buyer’s QA
- Do finalization on the buyer’s System once inspection is passed .
- Provide the Final PL / Carton List / Shipping List to Vaxim to proceed with the loading of the goods.
