Job Description
Key Duties & Responsibilities for this position are listed below. Other responsibilities may be assigned to this position.
- Deliver professional solutions by translating business process requirements into a technical solution through design, implementation, Integrations, testing, and training
- Develops and implements complex/ custom ECM solutions as part of the Pre-Sales and Professional Services processes.
- Develops customized demos and proof-of-concepts, as required during the sales process and for events.
- Provides support to Sales related to Statement of Work (“SOW”) development, and supports the Solution Development process during the sales cycle.
- Delivers technical support to contracted customers and tracks time utilization/ problem resolution within the problem management system. Also, works as part of the installation team, as required.
- Ensure all solutions are developed and documented in a manner that allows for ease of maintenance by our internal support team
- Safeguard the security, integrity, and confidentially of the ECM Software's internal systems and data
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Equivalent
- Ability to communicate effectively to all levels of staff and senior management.
- Strong analytical background.
- Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio, MVC ,VB scripting, SQL, JQuery, CSS.
- Experience in Web Services development.
- Microsoft server system administration (MSCE certification) is desired.
- Microsoft client O/S and browser support experience is required.
- English Language is a must.
