Job summary

We are looking for a qualified Sales Support to join our team. You will provide support to sales Management and respond to customer and prospect queries.

Our ideal candidate is an experienced professional with knowledge of sales and customer service best practices. You should also be able to interpret sales metrics and be goal-oriented. We expect you to perform well in a team environment and have exceptional people skills.

Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to creating and maintaining good customer relationships and ensuring smooth sales team operations.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate sales activities by arranging appointments with clients and sales team, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
  • Respond to complaints from clients and give after-sales support when requested to make sure that they are satisfied with a particular product/service.
  • Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports.
  • Acknowledge clients/ partners by responding to emails, texts, and phone calls
  • Updates all contact information for clients.
  • Arrange travel and accommodations for any sales person that is meeting clients outside of the office.
  • Provide administrative assistance to executives and management team members as required.
  • Perform data entry duties with regard to sales figures, metrics and other key data.
  • Prepare tenders and proposals.
  • Processing invoices and accounts and Maintain sales records
  • Keep records of sales targets and actual figures and compiling them into reports for management.
  • Maintain promotional database by inputting invoice and bill-back data.
  • Prepares sales presentations by compiling data; developing presentation formats and materials.
  • Perform outbound emails and calls, and inbound lead generation and follow-up

Job Requirements

Requirements

  • An equivalent of bachelor’s degree is required, with about 3 years of experience as a sales support or in a related profession
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency in English
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Thorough understanding of sales and negotiating techniques
  • Fast learner and passion for sales
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Organizational and Customer service skills
