Job Description
- Aptec an Ingram Micro Company- Dubai Office, is looking forward to enhance sales of assigned product by offering pre-sales support to customers, designing solutions and assist sales persons to upsell & cross sell designated product.
- Conduct enablement session for sales. Complete required vendor certifications (both sales, presales & Technical).
- Assist channel partners to meet the required vendor certifications. Liaise with vendor for update on latest technology.
Job Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Pre-sales Support to Business Partners that should include -but not limited to-:
- Converting customers /resellers enquires into right technical solutions and Meet with end users to better understand their requirements if necessary
- Opportunities Sizing and Solutions Design
- Proof of Concepts, AND Demonstrating Vendor's Products to Customers
- Light Assigned Product(s) Installations and Implementations
- Channel Enablement/Training sessions and to arrange for Presenting Assigned Product(s) Solutions To Both Channel Partners and End-customers.
- Product Knowledge, Study and take seriously all the arranged training by the department head in order to keep the technical knowledge at the required level.

Job Qualifications and Educational Requirement
- Qualification & Experience: 3-5 yrs relevant/ industry experience (Engineering -or equivalent- Degree preferred) / Pre – Sales (Technical) Certification on respective product or security products;
- Certified Bluecoat Blueknight
- Certified Bluecoat Professional Services Consultant
- BlueCoat Certified Proxy Administrator (BCCPA)
- BlueCoat Certified Proxy Professional (BCCPP)
- BlueCoat Certified Wan Acceleration Administrator (BCCWAA)
- BlueCoat Certified Wan Acceleration Professional (BCCWAP)
- BlueCoat Certified PacketShaper Administrator (BCCPSA)
- BlueCoat Certified PacketShaper Professional (BCCPSP)
- Additional Skills Required:
