Job Description

  • Prepare Domestic tourism programs and Organize special and seasonal events and festivals
  • Follow up with the partners to get the rate proposal for the new season, Devise and plan tours, and arrange itineraries
  • Carry out strategic planning and development, e.g. commissioning and/or producing tourism strategies and economic impact studies for implementation; lobbying, devising and implementing marketing campaigns.
  • Coordination with the products department to provide the required rates for the new offers.
  • Help to win building contracts with all new suppliers and hotels as our business need.
  • Prepare all the needed document and the contract as well for the contracting process.
  • Check each day the seat reports, and act according to regarding pushing sales.
  • Check on a daily basis the materialization report.
  • Follow-up to all our suppliers’ statements with the financial management to ensure no delay in bank transfers to keep our good relationship with all suppliers
  • Setting the annual Budget in conjunction with the Board
  • Acting as the principal point of contact for and responding to enquirers from other tourist associations, government bodies, visitors, journalist and others
  • Establish regulations and internal policies and write and present reports for head management
  • Manage staff, budgets and staff training needs
  • Monitor the company reputation by receiving feedback and take the corrective actions when needed.

Job Requirements

  • Very good communication with the hoteliers/services providers
  • Fluent English with excellent writing, Russian is a Plus
  • 7 years minimum experience in the same role
  • Very good analytical, logical and problem solving abilities.
  • Highly motivated with an ability to handle work pressure and to meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with high customer service orientation.
  • Excellent time management and organization skills.
  • Very good computer skills, Ms Office skills.
  • Negotiation Skills
  • Knowledge of market demands
  • Dealing with difficult, unpleasant and over-demanding people
  • Be able to control groups of people and deal with unexpected situations
