Job Description
- Schedule the production rate with the available machines in the site.
- Check the soil report and follow up the drilling to make sure of the efficiency and accuracy of the foundation (pile, sheet pile, diaphragm, h-beam....etc.)
- Schedule the material manufacturing as per the site requirement
- Monitor the material quantity theoretically and actual
- Issue reports, RFI, IR, and third party test schedules
- Organize the site working teams to reach maximum production with high quality
- Follow up with maintenance teams to keep the equipment in good condition
- Report back and discuss the operation with his seniors to achieve a successful project
- Responsible for ensuring that project is planned and executed in accordance with the contractual requirements and in line with all project and industry specifications
- Providing support to the Project Delivery Teams for technical matters.
- Contributing to Method Statements, Risk Assessments, Project Quality Plan and Operations & Maintenance files for the projects
- Maintain, monitor and record all quality associated items to ensure compliance and/or progressive improvements;
- Throughout the course of the contract, continually assess the performance of variable materials such as concrete, in relation to their strength, mix proportions and design;
- Assist co-ordinate activities with other contractors on site
Job Requirements
- Experience in the Piling sector for over 6-8 years
- Willing to work in the Kingdom of Bahrain
- Ability to work with co-workers and the public
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize work
- Ability to motivate and manage a team
- Great physical strength, hand eye coordination and endurance levels
- Can commit to a long day and work in all kinds of weather
- Ability to understand drawings and plans clearly
- Great organisation and preparation
