Job Description
- Design, plan, organize and execute the job assigned and area allotted for effective marketing of hospital services, facilities and modern technology to doctors, consultants and clinics.
- Develop and stabilize good and meaningful relationship with consultants, doctors, hospitals and clinics.
- Make arrangement for hospital visits of medical practitioners and other related health care professionals.
- Handle carefully the problems of consultants and resolve the conflict or misunderstandings with the hospital. Ensure to establish good and positive image about the hospital and get feedback.
- Promote the hospital in the doctors’ community through personal visits, publicity, advertisement, brochures and group meetings, CME programs etc.
- Forward the report weekly to the Assistant Manager and get the feedback.
- To take charge of the photography, videography at different hospital functions and occasions, develop record and store the same.
- Participate in all training programs to update with marketing knowledge.
- Act as a communication channel between doctors and hospital.
- Perform any other jobs assigned by the superiors as per exigencies of work.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors in business administration/ marketing / equivalent degree
- 3-5 years experience in marketing & PR activities, preferably in health-care industry
