Job Description
- Assist customers with their requests.
- Resolve customer complaints/enquirers through different communication channels, Phone, Email, etc...
- Ensure customer's satisfaction by offering specialized advice.
- Identify, research, and resolve customer issues.

- Faculty of pharmacy or faculty of science graduate
- Fixed working hours (9 am-6 PM)
- Fixed Days off (Friday-Saturday)
